The setup wizard guides you through the essentials to get a site with content. It opens when you create a site, and you can come back to it any time from the menu. Each step saves and moves on to the next by itself.

The steps

1. Start: languages, default language, logo, white logo, favicon and site title.
2. Banner: the large intro image, with its message.
3. Pages: the main pages (for example “About us”, “Services”, “Contact”).
4. Header menu: the links in the top bar.
5. Sections: the blocks of the front page.
6. Article categories and Articles: if you are going to have a blog.
7. Product categories and Products: if you are going to sell.

You can leave the steps you do not need empty and move on.

When you finish

After the last step, the wizard takes you to the Dashboard, where you publish your site. The wizard uses simplified forms and default layout values; to fine-tune the site:

• Colors and fonts: Preferences.
• Layout of each block: Sections.
• Front page order: Front page.
• Publishing: Billing and General.
